Belly Balm


This recipe is great for someone having a baby! The homemade moisturizing balm helps keep your skin soft and pliable during pregnancy. Use as often as desired.

Ingredients

3 capsules vitamin E
10 drops rosemary oil
10 drops rosehip seed oil
1 1/2 cups balm base (See Here)

Directions

Prick the vitamin E capsules and add them into the mixture. Squeeze the top and work your way down, like a toothpaste tube, to make sure you get the oil in the balm instead of all over your hands.

Add the rosemary oil and the rosehip oil.

Stir until the ingredients are incorporated into the balm.

Store in a sealable container and use as often as desired.
