Meredith's Crazy Chocolate Cake

This crazy chocolate cake is one of my absolute favorite desserts. Not only is it delicious and very fast and easy to make, it doesn't have any milk, butter, or eggs in it! Pretty cool, huh?!
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
6 TBSP vegetable oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 TBSP white vinegar
1 cup cold water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. In a big mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and put the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, vinegar, and water into it. Mix everything together until it’s well combined. Put the batter into a 9-inch round baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick will come out clean. Once baked, let the cake cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. After the cake is cooled, pop it out of the pan and frost with your favorite frosting. That’s it!
