Sometimes a person can become so frugal they hate to spend hardly anything on clothes. (Hey, that sounds like meJ) My favorite thing to wear is hand-me-downs, but if you don’t have any of those do not worry! J Here is a list of my favorite places to find clothes, shoes, and jewelry on the cheap:
Yard sales (Go early!)
Flea Markets
Thrift Stores
Ebay (A GREAT place to find jewelry that is very inexpensive)
Amazon
Walmart (The clearance racks)
Target (The clearance racks)
Bealls Outlet (Shop when the dots change monthly)
Jcpenny (When you are lucky enough to receive awesome $10/$10 coupons in the mail)
Kmart (Shop in the clearance for off-season clothes, and you’re sure to snag some great bargains!)
Rainbow (The clearance racks)
579 (The clearance racks)
Payless (Look for clearance tags, they sometimes have shoes marked down to as low as $3!)
Finally, have a clothing swap with your friends! Everyone gets something new to wear for free. J
Also, those of you who wear glasses know how expensive they can be. Coastalcontacts.com and zennioptical.com are both two places that offer quality glasses for cheap. Coastal Contacts often gives away glasses for free + shipping and handling fees. My sister recently took advantage of one of their giveaways and now has a really nice pair of glasses she only paid about $16 for! One of my best friends has a pair of glasses she bought from zennioptical.com that were also very inexpensive and they look sooooo cute on her! J
